There are a couple of ways to get a browser "on your TV". You can send the output of a PC ( Windows 10 is what I use ) to a TV instead of the PC monitor with a HDMI cable. You can buy Google Chromecast ( and others ) to transmit the PC output to a TV. That way you can display on the TV anything you can display on your PC monitor. Hope this helps.

A Google search found these answers ( for different Sony models): My guess is the answer is that it cannot be done.
