• The base does NOT swivel. However, it is fairly light weight and can be repositioned easily.

• doesn't swivel - we didn't wall mount it - there is a long base to sit it on and we can acutally fit our dvd player underneath it. although we did have to put a thick felt pad under neath so the dvd ejector could go through.
