“CC not working when I view Amazon shows. The cc is on the lower right-hand corner but there is no text to be seen. Help!”

• CC seems to work only regular local channels, cable/satellite etc.. Amazon has its own cc options just like Netflix. You will have to turn them on, just press the down arrow button when watching any show on Amazon and look for cc keep in mind not all shows support cc.
