“I read reports this does not have amazon prime, as you would hulu or netflix in the apps. Is this the case? i.e.is this TV user friendly - we are not computer people and want a smart tv thats simple! with amazon, netflix and hulu for dummies etc!”

• Yes, this sony does include amazon along with the Netflix and Hulu. Great sound and very easy to setup and use.

• Has Netflix button on the remote and HuLu and Amazon Video are available from the Home button on the remote, then choose all apps.
