• Yes.it will be clear and louder if you can use the USB to plug it in. It has RCA jacks in the back to hook just about anything up that has a headphone jack out

• As long as you can connect your Sirius to the speaker via RCA cables or transmit it through bluetooth, you should be fine.

• Hello Heather! This unit allows you to connect the audio out analog cord from an external device through the DVD/PC IN (audio in L/R) port of this speaker system, if your Sirius home radio comes with an analog audio out it can be connected. ~Jeannette
