I love this TV and i haven't had any problems with my TV so Far. My advice for you would to make Sure your TV is "UPDATED" keep on continuing to look for Software Updates for the Sony 4K. I have mine set to Automatic Updates and it restarts the TV after the update is completed. If not take it back and get a new one with the warranty.
