• You mean to use various streaming video services? You'd need to check with the specific service. Generally it seems like 3-6Mb/s is probably a nice minimum for pretty good looking video. I think "4K" content is supposed to need a lot more though.

• It depends on how many devices / users are connected at a given time.. Get at least 8 mbps for an avg user.
