Hi ROD, Thank you for your inquiry. We would not recommend placing the TV outdoors. For safety reasons, and to prevent the TV from malfunctioning, we do not recommend using the TV outside its operating temperature: 0 ºC – 40 ºC / 32˚F - 104˚F. Happy to help, David

Not sure. But i probably wouldn't chance it. The circuit board might start corroding due the weather outside.
