Are the HDMI ports HDMI 2.1 format? null

Hi Customer, Unfortunately, the X800H doesn't support HDMI 2.1 features. The TVs that will support the HDMI 2.1 features via software update are XBR X900H / 90CH and Z8H. Unfortunately it does not have 2.1 hdmi

I have no idea... ask Best Buy Customer Service rep and good luck with that b/c I didn't find the one I dealt with in the store that helpful. I ended up following the directions on the TV once I got it figured out where what goes, b/c the instructions you get with the TV had NO Instructions or operation information... which I found highly Odd! I'm "Still Leaning" how to operate this TV
