“The TV seems to be telling the cable box to go into standby mode when I power off the TV, but I want a continuous signal and do not want the cable box in stand by. Suggestions or fixes?”

Hi Mario, Thank you for your question. You can disable this function through the BRAVIA Sync settings of the TV. -Press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control, then select [Settings] - [Channels & Inputs] - [External inputs] - [BRAVIA Sync settings] - [BRAVIA Sync control] - [Device auto power off].
