Hi Mario, Thank you for your question. You can disable this function through the BRAVIA Sync settings of the TV. -Press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control, then select [Settings] - [Channels & Inputs] - [External inputs] - [BRAVIA Sync settings] - [BRAVIA Sync control] - [Device auto power off]. Hope this helps. If still not resolved or you need further assistance, please let us know. Unfortunately, due to the current Best Buy phishing protocol for your protection, we cannot provide a direct email or phone number for customer support as of now. Please find Sony Electronics' Support information: Go to our support website > click on “Support” > scroll down click on “Contact Support” > click on "TV & Projectors" and from there you'll see different ways to reach us. -Ralph
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Channel and Input menu, External inputs, Bravia sync settings. Disable "auto power off". If that doesn't work, there may be a setting on the cable box menu to disable standby.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
