• You have to put hdmi in input 3. Check settings and enable 120hz and in your xbox.

• Try connecting to another port. I believe the quick setup guide tells you what hdmi port to use. Also you may need to enable it on the connection settings if you need 120hz vrr enabled. I had to do the same for my PS5.

• The “set it to hdmi 3” did not work for me. I’ve put in the 4th and 3rd hdmi slot and neither allows me to achieve 120hz in my series x with the supplied high speed cable. Extremely disappointing.
