• Hi ttredraider, if the issue only happens with 1 channel, it is possible that it's from the broadcast issue. Make sure also that TV setting is set to English. Please see page 23 for the TV settings: https://docs.sony.com/release//Manual_4584787121.pdf. Regards, ~Erin
