• The stand is fixed, You cannot adjust the angle/tilt.

• The stand is fixed. It does not tilt in any direction. I really don't understand right/left tilt - you could angle the TV by sliding the left or right end of the stand more to the front and the other end more to the rear on the table so that the TV would face more left or right instead of straight ahead. The stand will not allow the TV itself to tilt forward or back.

• The stand is fixed solid to the TV. No pivit capability, you need to move the stand and TV together.
