Register your product with Sony, and you can call them with specific setting adjustments. However, I found that just a few simple tweets I had mine dialed in. Each input or app will have its own picture setting, so for example if you set up the picture for tv, then switch to an input it will be set back to standard. Go in and set up your settings to your liking and it will remember it when you switch back.

Select [Reset] in [Picture adjustments]. If you set [Power saving] in [Eco] to [Low] or [High], the black level will be enhanced. -Anthony

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try some of the below....these are not in any particular order. 1) Try turning off the light sensor in your picture settings. Must be done from the home menu / settings / picture 2) Exit netflix completely using the BACK key on the remote NOT the home button. The go into settings / apps / running apps and force close netflix. 3) Reset your netflix. This will make you have to reenter your login info. 4) Unplug TV from the wall for 2 minutes then replug.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It may be the "eco friendly" or whatever it's called option. Mine would go from bright to dark until I changed the picture settings.
