I once ran into something similar to this. You will need to do a factory restore by going to options and having it perform a full factory reset so it's just like when you opened from the box. Be warned you will have to re-setup your TV apps with login info as well and to reconfigure the settings of the TV to how you customized it including the Picture Mode.
