Hi BonnieR, if your TV does not show your Playstation Pro as an option when you press the input button on the remote, check if your console is connected to either HDMI ports 2 or 3 if its HDR feature is on or set to automatic. You may also contact our PlayStation support team by visiting https://support.us.playstation.com. Regards, -Mark
Sorry, there was a problem. From the X900E’s Home menu, access the Settings app at the bottom of the Home menu and enter the External Inputs sub-menu. Enable the enhanced output setting for HDMI ports 2 and 3. This will allow you to utilize the PlayStation’s fullest extent of display capabilities. If you’re unable to view the PlayStation 4 via the X900E’s HDMI-CEC implementation (referred to as Bravia Sync), you can enable Bravia Sync from this same External Inputs sub-menu. Follow the issued instructions after enabling it and you should have control over the PS4 via HDMI.
