“Will I need to replace my current Comcast cable box, Comcast remote and the round cables from the wall to the box to the current old 720 HD TV? I am buying the Sony 49 x800 and Best Buy Total Tech will setup the new Sony TV”

Hi ZIPPER, Thank you so much for your inquiry! Your current setup with your 720 HD TV will still work with our XBR49X800H. However, to maximize the features as well as to achieve the best viewing experience, we recommend replacing your cable set-top box with a 4K HDR cable box. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As long as your current cable box supports the higher HD resolutions like 1080i or 1080p it should be fine. The cables from the wall to the box should be fine again as long as Comcast is transmitting the higher HD resolutions to you.
