It is supposedly compatible, but I would not bet on it. I found that Bluetooth is the HDTV's weakest area. After many attempts to connect my Klipsch speakers by Bluetooth I finally gave up and hooked them up through the headphone outlet. You may have to do the same. I would contact Sony support for additional information. They are working by chat not phone and do a good job.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, The X800H supports Bluetooth Version 4.2; HID (mouse/keyboard connectivity)/HOGP (Low Energy device connectivity)/SPP (Serial Port Profile). TVs that support the A2DP Bluetooth profile can connect with Bluetooth audio devices such as headphones or speakers. Unfortunately, the X800H does not support A2DP. For compatibility information, refer to the link below. https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/televisions-projectors-lcd-tvs-android-/xbr-49x800h/articles/00159290?model=XBR-49X800H&category=televisions-projectors-lcd-tvs-android- Regards, Jay
