“I got one of these and not able to wall mount. It was an open box, included metal stand, some extra brackets, but because upper and lower holes arent lined up, not able to mount. Am I missing some parts? The instructions are not clear.”

Hi bgraceg, The instruction manual only shows the steps of preparing the installation of the TV before installing to the wall. For product protection and safety reasons, Sony strongly recommends that installation of your TV on the wall be performed by qualified professionals. -Jerome
