I believe it's 200x200 on the versa scale

Below are the distances of the mounting holes. from top of the 50X90J to the top holes is 459.2 mm from the bottom of the TV to the bottom holes is 141.4 mm the distance from the sides to the near holes is 459.2 mm For more info please refer to the link below. http://www.sonypremiumhome.com/pdfs/X90J_50_CutSheet_Ver1_20201208.pdf To mount the TV, you can use a VESA compliant wall mount with screw hole pattern of 7 7/8 x 7 7/8 inches (200 x 200 mm). Please note that there is also a weight limit with any mount and the bracket that you'll be using needs to be able to support the TV weight. The XR50X90J without the stand weighs 29.8 lb (13.5 kg).
