Hi Choices, Thank you for your inquiry. The X90J does not have a Picture-in-Picture function. And no, this TV does not support Gigabit Ethernet. The X90J's Ethernet port uses a 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX connector,10/100 Mbps, meaning it will run at 10Mbps or 100Mbps depending on each piece of hardware that is connected to the LAN port.
