“How Do I turn off the annoying pop-up notifications asking me Finish setting up your TV? I clicked skip on the Sign into your Google account screen on inital setup, but it's still pestering me do it. How do I stop this intrusive annoying behavior?”

Well there's nowhere in settings you could turn that off you would actually have to go through and finish setting up your device in order for that pop up to stop
