I recommend HDR if available. Otherwise, I would use color settings according to what you are watching, such as sports or game. After this, make sure your brightness and contrast is turned up with this set so the different shades of white and black can show more deeply. If this is too bright and color quality is bad, then you can turn the brightness and contrast down until this is not a problem for you. One last thing I would suggest after adjusting the previously mentioned settings is to make sure your color setting is turned up so colors look vivid without bleeding.
