• Hi Henry3rd, the resolution will depend on its source. The source should be 4K in order for the TV to display a 4K picture. However, the TV will automatically upscale HD contents to almost 4K resolution. Thanks! ^Ron

• You may need to plug into your second HDMI slot. That ensures proper resolution and HDR functionality. Make sure your device is 4K. The Xbox One S requires certain settings to be activated. If you’re streaming, I know a certain Mbps is required for 4K.
