Does this lens zoom in more than the 16-50 mm? null

This lens does not zoom in at all, it’s a prime lens with a fixed focal length of 50mm. Keep in mind a crop factor of 1.6 on an apc sensor turns it into an 80mm.

No, it's a fixed prime. No zoom. It does not get as close as the 16-50 to the subject.
