Will this lense fit on my sony a7? null

Yeah, it will work, but the camera will automatically crop the image (as the lens only will cover part of the sensor). Essentially your giving up resolution. Since you have a full frame, you should just get the SEL50F18F, as it is both cheaper and give you full resolution with proper focal length.
