• Not directly. Would need a mic preamp or mixer plugged into the aux input. Do not recommend use with mic -- not robust like a PA or karaoke system.

• There is a USB port, a slot for headphones...I don't see anything for a microphone, but I am not sure. Remote has a button for "audio in". Not sure what htat means
