“Built in Google cast doesn't connect to my devices? Works on my other TV's and devices though fine. Is anyone else having this connecting problem? I'm tried resetting with TV multiple times back to factory in the problem still happens.”

The device may need to be paired with the TV. Launch the Google Cast app on the smartphone or tablet. Tap devices on the right side of the screen. Tap allow to allow the Google Home app access to location services. Select the Chromecast to finish the pairing process.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This doesn't have a built in chromecast it has the casting capabilities through the OS so I don't know if works different than a chromecast device. For us we connect an android phone to wifi then go to like youtube video and there is a cast button it then searches for the TV. Alternatively you can plug in or wifi the home pc or laptop and right click in google chrome browser and there is a cast option. These both work if you have issues you need to specify which error message pops like "no cast destination found" or whatever and might want to contact support.
