“My tv is connecting to the internet.... but everytime I try to get Netflix to play. It says I need internet connection. It is already connected wirelessly. Can you offer me any advice?”

• I have this issue every time I turn the tv on. It takes about a minute to connect to the wifi after turning the tv on. If your issue is the same, I recommend just waiting a few moments after turning the power on.

• You have to set up your tv to the network you are on, it does not do it automatically. Read your book or go to Sony web site to find out how. If that does not work call Sony to help you set it up.
