• The only ones I notices were power and volume buttons in the back just behind the bottom left of the screen.

• Yes it's located on the back of the left side of the TV. There is a Center button that allows you to power on off(if held) or select volume/video input ect and there are two more buttons, one above and below the center action key. These are use to adjust volume up and down or go up/down from a list of options, depending on what you have it set on using the center button.
