“Is anyone else having an issue not being able to enter the model when trying to register at Sony?”

• You need to go to this link Sony registration https://productregistration.sony.com/ when putting in the model number put in XBR55X700D, Do not put in dash, (XBR-55X700D) run all numbers together. no spaces. then send a copy with your reciept in the location. Once you get to the 4th number you can scroll down the model list.
