• It is 120hz motion flow advanced. Better than just 240hz. Sony is an engineering company while Samsung is just a manufacturer. All new Sony TV are 120 motion flow. I brought back the $3000 Samsung that was 240hz, skips all the time and doesn't come close to Sony 120hz motion flow. Perfect fast motion especially with fast sports and movies.

• Hi Kyle, switching between 1080p and 4K is not possible. The TV will automatically upscale HD contents to almost 4K resolution. Thanks! ^Ron
