You should be able to. Just make sure you set the HDMI input to "Enhanced" (4K), as it comes "Standard" (1080P) as default.

I think is ok. Th tv has game mode option for viewing.

Yes you can, I have my PS-4 Pro on mine and the graphics look awesome. If ghosting starts to happen there is a screen reset in the settings menu, that is supose to fix the problem. i have not had an issue with this set up yet.
