Hi Larry, To get sound from both at the same time on this specific model, you would need to use a Bluetooth transmitter (sold separately) connected to the TV's Digital Optical Audio Output port. Once connected, the TV will treat the transmitter as a separate audio path, allowing the TV speakers to remain active while the transmitter sends audio to your AirPods. Thanks for choosing Sony.
