• Hi Moonburgh, thank you for your question. SONY Bravia TVs doesn't have Caller ID features. The Caller ID will be coming from the device/source connected to the TV (i.e Cable/Converter Box or DVR Box). Make sure that the Caller ID feature of the connected source is activated by your cable service provider. I hope this helps. Regards, Erin
