“It appears that there is a thicker portion on the back of the TV that is shaped as a rectangle that is smaller than the overall screen size. What are the dimensions of that thicker rectangle please?”

• Hi SmileyMcPoo, Thank you for your question. The hardware enclosure on the back of the tv if you were to measure from the front panel to the back of the hardware enclosure looking from the side of the tv, it’s a 2 1/8th of an inch in depth. Hope this helps. Regards, Erin
