Hi kc9839, thank you for your question. When cleaning your tv we only recommend a hand duster (non powered) or a dry cloth to clean away any dust that has gathered on the outside of the tv. Do not attempt to clean the internals, call a licensed technician for any internal component concerns. Hope this helps. Erin
