No they are not adjustable and they are roughly 38” apart. I did not try to install them as I knew they were going to be too wide for the table I have. I bought a separate adjustable stand that attaches to the TV using the screw holes in the back that can be used to attach the TV to a wall bracket.

If you have a 37 inches table, please set the TV stand to Narrow position which has an approximately width of 27.25 inches (692 mm) and 13 inches (330 mm) in depth.
