Hi, Thank you for inquiring about the differences between A80J & A90J. Both TVs were released this year. The A90J was released in February while the A80J was released in April. A few key differences between the A90J & the A80J are that the A90J can be used as a center channel in a surround sound system, the A90J has a backlit remote, and XR OLED Contrast Pro vs XR OLED Contrast (non-pro) for A80J.
