• I was able to easily pair my air buds with it so I would assume so. I don't have hearing aids or I would test it for you. But it's an easy process.

• Hi Debbie, thank you for your question. You can only pair Bluetooth headphones to the TV that supports the A2DP Bluetooth profile. Other Bluetooth headphones that support A2DP may work. However, we don't guarantee its operation. Regards, Erin
