I am pretty tech savvy and dont think it is that easy. I would saysay it is anout medium. If remote was better it would help.

Please try again later.It is fairly simple to navigate once you download all your streaming services that you use since Google TV will make suggestions and lay them out on the home page. It also has a nice feature with live TV over antenna where it will show you which shows are on each channel before you switch over to them. With cable tv I'm assuming it's just a matter of switching over to that service and navigating as you normally would. The menu lay out is also simple. There is a way to make quick changes and an option to go deeper into the menu if you need to make more specific changes to the audio or picture.
