It sounds like you would want to change your picture settings to "Vivid". That will give you the picture where colors will pop out the most if that is indeed the picture quality that you desire. There are also many YouTube color calibration videos for the different kinds of OLED TVs. Depending on your taste, I'm confident you can customize your picture quality to you liking with this premium Sony Bravia OLED TV.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sorry, a matte screen is more color accurate than a gloss screen which tends to over saturate colors. If you want your Sony to pop, I would look at some calibration settings from reviewers.

The A80J provides exceptional picture quality using our Cognitive Processor XR - Our Cognitive Processor XR cross-analyzes data, enhancing picture quality in the same way that the human eye focuses on more realistic color and depth. With XR OLED Contrast, brightness is adjusted for higher peaks in glare and deeper blacks in shadow—no more details overwhelmed by shadow or lost in blown-out highlights. You can also configure the display settings that adjust the picture quality, such as screen brightness. Press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control, then select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — the desired option. https://helpguide.sony.net/tv/iusltn1/v1/en-003/07_08.html I hope this helps. Sincerely, Erin
