“What type of power cord is this unit supposed to come with? My 2019 Bravia has a power cord with small rectangular box near the plug to outlet but this TV's cord doesn't have that. And the cord will not stay in the TV's male connector, falls out”

I think you should be to buy a new Cord, check out Amazon they may have it.
