Yes, the Sony XR-55A95L does allow you to play sound from both the built-in TV speakers and a connected Bluetooth audio device (like headphones or a speaker) at the same time. Just head into the Quick Settings menu on the remote, go to Audio output, and you'll find the option to set the speakers to both the TV Speakers and your Bluetooth device.
