“I am having a problem with the sound . when using the sound control buttons a voice is activated telling me the % of sound I am using. How can I silence. Can I get a owners manual I can use this to hopefully to regain control of the voice activation?”

Hi jpbobby, We are sorry to hear that you have encountered some issues. The talking you're hearing is likely the 'Audio Description' or 'Screen Reader' feature. To disable the voice narration for sound control, press the Quick Settings (wrench icon) button on the remote control, then select [Settings] — [System] — [Accessibility] — select TalkBack or 'Screen Reader services and turn them off. This should stop the voice from announcing the volume percentage. Additionally, when the Accessibility Shortcut is enabled, you can press the MUTE button for 3 seconds to quickly turn this feature On or Off. If you don't want to use this feature, the shortcut can be disabled through the TV menu.
