“Any issues with bleeding and clouding when viewing a black screen? I have an xbr-55x850d and the bleeding and clouding is HORRIBLE (see pic below). Of course Sony says this is "within normal specs" for this model which is hogwash.”

That is very bad. The x900e (or at least the one I have) only has minimal clouding at the very edges.

Please try again later.In my opinion, there is a big difference in quality between 850d and 900e model. 900e is way superior (you can visually see the difference in it's clarity and sharpness on display). No bleeding or clouding issue what so ever with 900e. Go with 900e. You won't regret it.
