“The geek squad installed this tv yesterday. Sony shows tv as 2160p, but option I can select only goes to 1080. How do I obtain the full 2160P?”

I just answered this last night! You go to the action menu. then to picture. then you find Pro-Cinema and select it with the center button. Boom, you will see the difference instantly!
