“I just purchased a new Sony 55" Bravia tv. I want to connect it to my 12 year old Onkyo surround receiver. Unfortunately the receivers optic port is broken and it does not have HDMI. How can I connect TV to receiver? Should I use a minijack w/ 3poles?”

• You can buy a mini-jack to red and white RCA cable, and if necessary, an extension mini cable. Plug the RCA's into your Aux input on the stereo and you're good to go.

• Hi Scootymac, yes. You can use composite cables/mini-jack w/ 3poles (Red/White/Yellow) which this TV supports. Thanks, -Mark
