“I purchased a Sony Sound bar and also a Roku that works with the 4k tv. the Roku needs to be plugged into a specific HDMI port that supports HDCP 2.2. which one is that and does it interfere with the port needed for the sound bar?”

the sound bar doesn't work with this tv anyway it wont sync with the tv voices.

All HDMI ports support HDCP 2.2. For the sound bar, you would use the HDMI (ARC) port which I think is #3.
