“Why does my Verizon Fios picture look worse with this tv then my previous Sony tv that was not 4k UHD? Is there a setting I should be using?”

• My precious tv was lcd. The 1080 looks a lot cleaner on lcd vs uhd. I have tried to play with all of the picture settings and used different hdmi inputs but nothing seems to work.

• If your old tv was plasma it would have better picture since cable is broadcast in 1080. That was my case — but when utilizing the new tv’s capability it is no contest. If your old tv was lcd then idk. It is a trade off but the 4k ps4 pro made it worth the lower quality 1080 picture for me.
